Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
You sure can! Change your monthly or annual plan at any time under "Billing" in the dashboard. Here, you'll be able to view your current plan and edit accordingly. Please keep in mind that we bill on a monthly cycle, no prorating.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes you can, but we'll be pretty bummed. Cancel your plan at any time under "My Account" in the dashboard, or contact us and we'll get everything handled. We do charge through the billing cycle if the account is cancelled during this time.
How will you bill me?
We offer both monthly and annual plans. If you choose a monthly plan, you will be billed on the day you started your account each month. If you choose an annual plan, you'll be billed annually on the day you started your account. Payment will automatically reoccur until an account is terminated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Unfortunately we do not accept bitcoin just yet :). However, we do accept most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). If there is another method you'd like to use aside from these, please contact our team.
